Big and Strong!

Kaelyn is getting so big and strong! She can push her head up and hold it up for a long time and look around. She also rolled over from her tummy to her back, but we think it was kind of an accident. What a cutie!

Holidays

My first Thanksgiving was spent at Grandma and Grandpa Sutton's house. I got to meet my Great-Grandma Sutton, Great-Aunt Jane and Great-Uncle Bill and cousins Ben, Matt & Zack. It was lots of fun. I also had my first trip to Lake Michigan - unfortunately I was sleeping, so I didn't actually get to see it. I think I'll like it better in the summer when it's warm out!

Getting my first Christmas tree. Dad cut it down for us all by himself! Also, I got to experience my first snow! Again, I was sleeping almost the whole time. It was freezing.

Pumpkin Patch!

We went to the pumpkin patch and Kaelyn really wanted to dress up. Then, when we got there, she decided it was really overrated so she just slept. Good thing her parents are dorks and took a million pictures anyway. Here are a few for everyone to see.

She's Here!!!

Kaelyn Elizabeth McClements has arrived!!!! She was born today, October 19th, 2007, at 2:34 this morning. She arrived healthy and feisty at 7 pounds 12 ounces and is 19.5 inches long. Em did a great job with everything! I am so proud of her! The baby and mom are sleeping right now so I figured I would post a few pics. We are so excited to finally meet our little girl! She definitely has my heart already! I think right now that there is nothing I would not do for this little girl. We will post more soon. Right now we need a little rest! Thanks for all the prayers and support from everyone!!!

Well, now my due date has come and gone and we are just waiting for our little peanut to arrive. Here is her crib in her nursery so empty without her. Once she blesses us with her presence we'll post all of the info and pictures here. Hopefully soon!
Update - 10/17 - If peanut hasn't made her grand entrance into the world by Saturday they will induce me on Sunday morning. She's almost here!

My mom, mother-in-law and sister threw me a very fun shower for my girlfriends. Here are some highlights...

My pregnant friend Joy is in the background. We've gone through our pregnancies together and she had her little girl on Sept. 15th. Now it's my turn! We played a game where we had to cloth diaper a stuffed animal - blindfolded! I don't think I'm going to be a very good mom - I stuck the pin through the bunny's skin! Oops! :)

I got some really cute stuff - of course lots of clothes and lots of pink!

Also good friends of ours threw Jer and I a couples shower for all of our couple friends. Here's a few pictures from that...

All kinds of cute stuff! The sweater on Jer was knitted by his mom.

Keith and I have EXACTLY the same size bellies - he won the prize for guessing with a piece of string how big I was around. All he did was measure his own waist and it happened to be exactly the same as mine!

She had her baby girl on Sept. 15th. Audra is due at the end of December - isn't she tiny?! I was 34 weeks in this picture.
